VibratoLive breaks a note into 2 parts - start, and sustain, named "Startvib" and "SusVib" respectively.
Therefore, you can control the amount of vibrato of the start and sustain independently. Additionally, you can set the time between start and sustain.
You'll notice that by default, the control for these features is based on the setting of the knobs. However, you can elect to use many other means of control such as controlling the StartVib with velocity, or the SusVib with the modwheel, etc.
