TVEC II contains very sophisticated control for vibrato. Normally, you get 4 options: Modwheel vibrato, velocity vibrato, modwheel and velocity vibrato, or TVEC II's exclusive VibratoLive feature.
By default, vibrato is set to modwheel and velocity. This means that the harder or faster you play, the more vibrato you'll hear. And if you happen to play softly enough so that there is little or no vibrato, simply raise the modwheel to add more. And of course, by choosing modwheel vibrato, the amount of vibrato is solely controlled by the modwheel.
