Concert Strings 2, the newest and largest of all Kirk Hunter Studios' strings packages gives you 4 string libraries in one. Coupled with innovative and progressive TVEC 3 programming for Kontakt, you will not find a more flexible and playable string library! And with the world's best legato; SmartLegato2®, you will be able play chords in legato mode even while changing articulations! With these new strings, you can call up anything from a huge "Hollywood" film sound, to an intimate string quartet or anything in between! Musical expression was key in recording these new sections. You'll be able to get lush rich vibratos, austere and "creepy" non-vibratos or anything in between. All were recorded in the same space so that when you create a blend or divisi, the result will sound natural. All of these new sections were sampled rather dry so that you can choose your own style of ambience without conflicts arising from samples that were recorded too "wet". All in all, this new library is approximately 25GB in size.
